Car Wash
Car wash and pet wash purchases are final sale. We do not offer cash or card refunds for car wash or pet wash purchases. If you experience an issue during your visit or are dissatisfied, your wash will be replaced with a Zacherls Automatic Wash Tokenote or self-service wash code.
For our automatic wash bays, the following rules apply:

- Clear Bed of Garbage/Rubbish
- Keep Off/Stay Inside Floor Rails
- Dually Trucks
- Full Sized Vans
- Dodge Mega Cabs
- Ford Raptors
- Super Cabs
- Crew Cabs with 6'+ Bed
- Negative Offset Wheels
- Vehicles with Snow Plows
- Vehicles with Brush Guards
- Vehicles with Modified/Lifted/Extended Bumpers

Laundromat
If you experience an issue in our laundromat, we will issue a refund upon verification of your issue. If payment was made with cash, refund will be issued by check or through a digital payment platform. If you used DexterPay, credit will be issued to your DexterPay account. We do not offer refunds for too much soap/oversudsing.
Vacuums and Merchandise
If you experience an issue using our vending machines or vacuums, we will issue a refund upon verification of your issue. Vending refunds can be issued by check or through a digital payment platform.
